The second of repurposed sections of the shapes and texture of the Music Man (found in mixed media and abstract galleries). These close-ups allow the theme to be spread around a room or grouped so as to create new and changeable wall compositions. In addition to prints, the three-dimensional appearances of the images bring cool textures to featured decorative objects.
When asked what I "do", I generally answer' "Yes". I have worked professionally in pencil, pen, paint than 40 years and in digital media almost as long. Change is important to me as it lays the ground for play and exploring which is a vital part of everything I do. An illustrator at heart, whether my work is an abstract, figurative, mural or a cartoon, I tend to tell stories with my art. Sometimes the story is about what is shown, other times it is about the the media and how it is made.
